Travelosca started in 2021 with a simple question: why should a visa applicant pay the full price of a flight and a hotel stay before knowing whether their visa will be approved?

Today we prepare the documents embassies ask for online: a flight reservation with a PNR, a confirmed hotel booking, travel medical insurance and a day-by-day itinerary. You fill in your details once, the documents arrive in your inbox, and your money stays with you until your visa is issued.

## How we prepare your order

Every order goes through the same steps before it reaches you, because a single wrong letter in a name can cost you your embassy appointment.

We issue reservations in the airlines’ and hotels’ own systems, and we never design or alter any document.

### Checking names and dates

We match names to the passport letter by letter, and make sure your flight, hotel and itinerary dates all match.

### Verification before sending

We look up every reservation by its number on the airline or hotel website before we send it to you.

### Valid on your appointment date

We set the reservation to be valid on the embassy appointment date you give in your order.

We use passport details only to issue your reservations, and delete them 30 days after delivery.
