Questions about our services
Can I order more than one service in the same order?
Yes. The form on the flight reservation page lets you add a hotel booking and itinerary to the same order; insurance is ordered from its own page.
How long does delivery take?
Reservations and itineraries are delivered within 6 to 24 hours at most. All documents are sent to the email address in your order.
Are the prices per traveller?
Yes, all prices shown are per traveller. When you add travellers, the total appears in your order before payment.
Which payment methods are available?
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard and others), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay if enabled on your phone.
Do you submit the visa application for me?
No. We only prepare the documents; the applicant submits the application in person at the visa centre or embassy.
