Frequently Asked Questions About Ordering Visa Documents

Short answers about ordering, payment, delivery and using the documents at embassies. Detailed questions for each service are on its own page.

About Travelosca and our services

We prepare the documents for your visa file online: a flight reservation with a PNR, a confirmed hotel booking with free cancellation, travel medical insurance and a day-by-day itinerary in English. Details and prices are on our services page.

We only prepare the documents. You submit the application yourself at the visa centre or embassy, because most embassies require you to attend in person for biometrics and the interview.

No. Choose the service, fill in your details and pay, and the documents arrive by email with no account or password needed.

Yes, by email at Info@Travelosca.com or through our contact page. We usually reply within a few hours during working hours.

Yes, you can order online at any time. We process orders during working hours, so an order received at night is prepared the next morning and delivered within 24 hours of being complete.

Yes, in our visa guides. If you are applying for Schengen, start with our guide to Schengen visa requirements, which lists the documents for Saudi citizens, residents and applicants from Egypt, with a link to the official source for each item.

Ordering and delivery

6 to 24 hours after your details and payment are complete. Insurance policies are usually issued faster. If your embassy appointment is soon, mention it in the notes so we can prioritise your order.

They arrive at the email address in your order as print-ready PDF files. If you cannot find them in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Yes, all documents are sent as PDFs, the format you print and submit at the visa centre.

Yes, we work every day including weekends, and your order is delivered within 24 hours of being complete.

Yes. Email us from the address you used in your order and we will resend them free of charge within 30 days of delivery. After that, we delete passport data in line with our privacy policy.

If your reservation expires before your appointment, or the embassy asks for an updated booking, we issue a new reservation with the same details at 50% off the service price.

We send each document as a separate PDF so you can print and arrange them as the embassy requires. If you would like them merged into one file, mention it in the notes.

Order the reservations one or two days before your appointment so they are valid on the day of the interview. Prepare your other papers, such as your bank statement and employer letter, about two weeks before, because embassies want them recently issued.

Payment, changes and refunds

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard and others), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay if enabled on your phone. Payment goes through a secure payment gateway, and we do not store your card details.

Yes, if you cancel before we start preparing your order. Once preparation has started or the documents have been sent, refunds are not possible unless the error is ours. Details are in our refund policy.

Yes. Contact us straight away through our contact page. We change details free of charge if we have not started preparing your order; once a document is issued, a change requires a new document.

Using the documents at embassies

Our reservations are real and verifiable, and they match what most Schengen embassies ask for: proof of route and accommodation, and travel insurance with at least €30,000 cover. But the decision on your file rests with the embassy alone, and some embassies ask for extra documents, so check your embassy’s checklist before your appointment.

They are used at most embassies and visa centres, but each embassy has its own checklist. Make sure your flight route and hotel match the country whose embassy you are applying to.

No. Flight and hotel reservations do not carry a government stamp and do not need one; their value is that they are registered in airline and hotel systems and can be verified with the booking number. The insurance policy is issued by the insurance company itself.

Yes. Before printing, check the names and dates, verify the PNR on the airline’s website, then add the documents to the rest of your file.

For a Schengen visa, your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after you leave the Schengen Area, issued within the last 10 years, and have two blank pages. Many countries outside Schengen require 6 months’ validity.
