What is Travelosca
Travelosca is an online platform that helps travellers prepare the documents for their visa file. Its services include flight and hotel reservations, day-by-day travel itineraries and travel medical insurance. Our aim is to make travel preparation simple, in clear language suited to travellers from the Arab world and the Gulf.

Nature of our services
The flight and hotel reservations we issue are preliminary reservations: the flight reservation is registered in the airline’s system with a PNR that can be verified, and the hotel booking is confirmed with free cancellation. They are not paid tickets or paid stays, and they are mainly used as supporting documents for a visa file. They remain valid for a limited period that depends on the airline or hotel, and are cancelled automatically when they expire.
Each service page explains the nature of the service and its validity period before you complete your order.

We may add new services or change existing ones at any time, and we will explain any change on the relevant service page.
Our services vs. an actual booking
Travelosca is not an airline, nor an authority that issues visas or decides on them. A preliminary reservation cannot be used to board a plane or stay at a hotel; once your visa is issued, you buy your ticket and book your actual accommodation yourself. Any document we issue is a supporting tool that the traveller uses in their visa file or as needed.
We do not submit visa applications on behalf of customers, and we do not guarantee approval.
Order details and responsibility for accuracy
When you order a service, we ask for details such as your name as it appears in your passport, travel dates, destination and a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of these details at the time of ordering.
If you notice a mistake after submitting your order, contact us immediately. We correct the details if we have not started preparing the document; after that, a correction may require issuing a new document.
Processing and delivery time
Your order is processed once payment is complete and all required details have been received. Delivery usually takes 6 to 24 hours, and the timeframe for each service is stated on its page. Travelosca is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete details, an incorrect email address, or a customer’s delay in responding to our questions.
Prices and payment
Prices for all services are shown on the website in US dollars before you complete any order, with no hidden fees. The full price is paid before processing begins. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways, and Travelosca does not store your card details on its servers.
Cancellation and refund policy
Travelosca’s services are digital and prepared for each customer based on their details, so refund rules differ from those for physical products.
A full refund is available when:
- Cancellation is requested before we actually start preparing your order. Non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted.
- You were charged twice by mistake for the same order.
- We are unable to provide the service for any reason on our side.
No refund is available after:
- Preparation of the reservation, itinerary or insurance policy has started.
- The final documents have been sent to your email, at which point the service is considered fully delivered.
- The customer changes their mind without any error on our part.
- The embassy or relevant authority refuses the visa or travel application. This decision is entirely outside Travelosca’s control and does not entitle you to a refund for a service that has been delivered.
If the error is ours
If a document contains a clear error caused by Travelosca, we correct it and send an amended copy at no extra cost. If correction is not possible, we refund the amount in full or in part depending on the case.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email us at Info@Travelosca.com with the email address you used for your order, the service name and the reason for your request. We reply within two working days, and any amount due is returned to the original payment method within 5 to 14 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Prohibited use
By using the website, you agree not to:
- Provide false information or use another person’s name without their permission.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the website.
- Resell our services or copy our content without written permission.
- Alter any document we issue, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a breach of these terms is suspected.
Intellectual property
All text, designs, logos and content on the Travelosca website are owned by us or licensed to us, and may not be republished or used commercially without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Travelosca is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from: decisions by embassies or official authorities, incorrect details provided by the customer, technical problems beyond our control, or a customer’s improper use of the documents. In all cases, our liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Country], and the courts of [City] have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
Travelosca may update these terms at any time. Any change is published on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the amended version.
